As a qualified mental health clinician, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), yoga therapist and breathwork practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to support the intersection of your mental and physical health. Within our clinical sessions, I integrate aspects of my training as a yoga therapist and breathwork practitioner where appropriate.
To remain within my clinical scope of practice and adhere to ethical guidelines, I incorporate specific elements such as breathwork, meditation, gentle relaxation postures, and my knowledge of Ayurveda. These are utilised as supportive tools to enhance the therapeutic process and foster a deeper mind-body connection. For those seeking more comprehensive yoga therapy—including structured movement practices—these are offered as separate sessions. We can discuss which pathway best supports your long-term wellbeing and therapy goals.
